• Business card images: When you scan business cards with camera
• Text data: Information extracted from business cards (name, company, email, phone number, address, website, etc.)
• Personal notes: Any notes you add to business cards
• QR/Barcode images: When you scan QR codes or barcodes

• Camera access permissions: To scan business cards and QR/barcodes
• App usage data: Information about how you interact with the app (stored locally)

2.3 We do NOT collect

• Location information
• Phone contacts
• Other personal data beyond what you actively scan

3.1 Purpose of use

• Text recognition: Process images to extract information from business cards
• Data storage: Save business card information on your device
• Data export: Create Excel files from saved data
• Sharing: Allow you to share business card information
• Accuracy improvement: Use AI to optimize text recognition

4.1 Local storage

• All data is stored on your device using Isar database
• We do NOT store data on remote servers
• You have full control over your data

4.2 Security

• Data is encrypted on device
• Only the app can access the data
• No third parties can access your data

4.3 Backup and sync

• Data is not automatically backed up to cloud
• You can export data to Excel for manual backup
• When uninstalling the app, all data will be deleted

5. INFORMATION SHARING

5.1 We do NOT share information with third parties, except

• OpenAI: When you use AI features (images only, not stored)
• Legal requirements: If required by law

5.2 User-initiated sharing

• You can choose to share business card information through other apps
• Sharing is completely under your control

6. USER RIGHTS

6.1 You have the right to

• Access: View all data saved in the app
• Edit: Change or update business card information
• Delete: Remove any business card or data
• Export data: Create Excel files containing your data
• Decline AI: Not use AI features if you prefer

6.2 Privacy controls

• Turn off camera permission in device settings to stop scanning
• Delete the app to remove all data

7. CHILDREN'S PROTECTION

• The app is not intended for children under 13 years old
• We do not knowingly collect information from children
• If we discover children's information, we will delete it immediately

8. POLICY CHANGES

• We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time
• Significant changes will be announced in the app
• The last update date will be shown at the top of the policy
